The Ministry of Justice has put journalist Ivan Filippov, the creator of the Telegram channel All Quiet on the Western Front, which is dedicated to monitoring and analysing Z-pages, on the register of «foreign agents». According to the Ministry, Filippov spoke out against the war in Ukraine and «discredited» the Russian authorities.
