Islam Roziyev, the editor of the online media kloop.kg, was interrogated as a witness in the police department of the Leninsky District of Bishkek. The interrogation lasted about an hour. During the interrogation, the investigator asked to report the source of the publication "International Development Association to allocate USD 100 million to Kyrgyzstan for improvement of water supply in several regions". According to the police, opposition politician Ravshan Dzheyenbekov based his statement on the foreign debt on this material. They took a non-disclosure undertaking from Roziyev.
