Zavodskoy District Court of Grozny sentenced video blogger Islam Nukhanov to four years in a penal colony on the fabricated case of possessing ammunition and using violence against a police officer. Nukhanov was kidnapped and tortured in November 2019 after publishing a video from the elite village of Baronovka in the center of Grozny, where top Chechen officials and their relatives live.
