The Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation included Tumakova in the register of «media foreign agents». Journalists Andrey Filimonov and Katerina Mayakovskaya, publicist Mark Feygin, rapper Face, and former associate professor at the Higher School of Economics Dmitry Dubrovsky were declared «foreign agents» along with her.
