The editor-in-chief of the Factum.kz, Irina Torlopova, said that it was impossible to get official answers to the questions concerning the situation with COVID-19 in East Kazakhstan. «To wait for the end of the state of emergency and to find out answers to today’s situation after, example, six months is just impossible», said journalist on her Facebook page.
