Two journalists who were forced to evacuate from the Russian-occupied Kherson region were awarded state awards for Journalists' Day in Ukraine. Following this, pro-Russian Telegram channels began to feature posts calling to confiscate all the property they had left behind in the occupied territory to be seized and to impose criminal liability for them under the laws of the Russian Federation.
