Mtavari Arkhi TV channel correspondent Irakli Bakhtadze was attacked and insulted during the pro-Russian Georgian March (the analogue of the Russian March). The activists of the Georgian March and its leader Sandro Bregadze were irritated by the journalist's question about Russian involvement in the border dispute between Georgia and Azerbaijan, where the monastery is located. Sandro Bregadze started pushing the journalist away from the site where the rally was taking place and insulted him.
