The document informed that by the decision of the court of Baranavichy district and Baranavichy city, the interview with Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, published in the newspaper on April 14, was recognised as extremist. In this connection, the Ministry of Information warned the publisher of the newspaper Intex-press Publishing House about the inadmissibility of violating the requirements of Article 38 of the Law on Mass Media and demanded to remedy the violations and notify the ministry about it by May 14. Meanwhile, the editorial board removed the interview with Tsikhanovskaya from its website and deleted it from its YouTube channel on April 29, when the website of the Prosecutor General’s Office published information about a court ruling that declared the editorial board’s materials — the interview with Tsikhanovskaya — extremist.
