The Volyn Regional State Administration cancelled the meeting due to the arrival of the film crew. Emil Mikailov, the advisor to the chairman of the Volyn Regional State Administration Yuriy Pogulyaiko, strongly opposed the presence of journalists. He invited them to go to the reception and asked why the journalists were present at the meeting.
