For the second time, the Ramstore Kazakhstan retail chain filed a lawsuit to protect its business reputation due to the review articles on prices for similar goods in three stores of different retail chains in Almaty, published in November and December 2019 on the Nur.kz website. During the hearing, it turned out that the plaintiff did not apply to the editorial office with a demand for a refutation or a response in the media. On May 28, the court left the claim of Ramstore Kazakhstan LLP without consideration.
