The Instagram account zhaloba_ekibastuz was blocked after three complaints received by the administration of the social network about its content. Two complaints — allegedly from the Financial Monitoring Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan and from the artist Maxim Galkin — were filed in connection with copyright infringement. The administrator of the account found out that the complaints were filed by unknown persons using the official email address of the Financial Monitoring Agency and the address of a person unrelated to the artist. The third complaint was made by another account — poleznyi_ekibaztuzets, but the administrator was not able to find out what content the author complained about. As a result, zhaloba_ekibastuz with 41 thousand followers was blocked.
