The Zheleznodorozhny District Court of Homel has recognised the Instagram account named "pisarenko_jr"(instagram.com/pisarenko_jr), belonging to Belarusian sports journalist Yaroslav Pisarenko, as extremist informational material. On the basis of the court’s ruling, the Belarusian Ministry of Information added the online resource to the Republican List of Extremist Materials. Under Belarusian law, the distribution and possession of materials deemed extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
