Security at the Mykolaiv City Council prevented journalists from attending a meeting of the City Council Commission on Economic and Investment Policy, Planning, Budget, Finances and Socio-Economic Development. The directive not to allow journalists to come to city hall came from Yulia Litvinova, director of the Mayor’s Department. He did not cite a reason for such restrictions.
