Security forces detained the journalist while she was covering the protest rally. She was taken to the District Department of Internal Affairs, where she was accused of having participated in an unauthorized event. Police officers seized journalist's phone and cash, ostensibly to guarantee payment of the fine. She was arrested for three days awaiting the trial, which is against the law because Inna has five minor children. On 3 December, a court found her guilty based on the police protocol and fined her.
