In Shadrinsk, Kurgan Region, Info 24 was not allowed to broadcast even though the channel received the right to do so two months ago. The channel’s director Artem Kiriyenko believes that the process is being dragged out by the operator Kurier Plus, headed by Shadrinsk City Duma deputy Maxim Podgorbunskikh. The deputy is linked to the TV channel Gorod, which also competed for the same frequency.
