Public activist and founder of the platform meclis.info Imran Aliyev was released after a 20-hour detention by the police. Aliyev was detained by officers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs’ Department for Combating Organised Crime. Earlier, the journalist’s relatives reported about his disappearance: «At 2 PM, he left the house to meet his friends. After that, we cannot contact him. There is no information about Imran for more than 8 hours», — Aliyev’s family said.
