The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow has received an administrative case of «discrediting» the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) against blogger and media manager Ilya Varlamov. It is not known what specific publication is imputed to him. In March 2023, the Ministry of Justice declared him a «foreign agent». Varlamov was fined RUB 30,000 for refusing to mark his posts on Telegram.
