The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow registered an administrative case against blogger Ilya Varlamov for violating the procedure of «foreign agent» activity. Varlamov is charged with the article about the lack of labelling of «foreign agent» in his posts (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). It is unknown which publications became the reason for administrative prosecution.
