The Basmanny District Court of Moscow arrested Ilya Krasilshchik, media manager and founder of the Helpdesk Media project, in absentia on the case of «fakes» about the army (Paragraph E of Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). At the request of the investigation, the trial was held behind closed doors. According to Baza, Krasilshchik is accused of an Instagram post about the shooting of civilians in Bucha. On June 29, the court sentenced Ilya Krasilshchik to 8 years of the general regime in absentia. The court also banned Krasilshchik to administer websites for 4 years after the release.
