Defendants in the case are journalist Maxim Shevchenko, the editor-in-chief of the 'Dovod' publication Ilya Kosygin and editor-in-chief of 'Meduza' Ivan Kolpakov. On February 16, 2021, the Savelovsky District Court of Moscow rejected the claim.
