The Savelovsky District Court of Moscow has ruled to recover RUB 466,736from Ilya Kosygin, journalist Maksim Shevchenko, and the media outlet Meduza in favor of businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin. Under the original lawsuit, the defendants were charged RUB 80,000. The reason was Shevchenko’s comment to Dovod, in which he called Prigozhin a «twice convicted criminal» — these words were a reference to Meduza’s material about Prigozhin, which was deleted by the decision of the Moscow City Court.
