The Moscow City Court has upheld a lawsuit filed by businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin against Meduza, Kosygin and publicist Maksim Shevchenko. Meduza was ordered to remove the 2016 article «Yevgeny Prigozhin’s right to oblivion. What the restaurateur who served Russian presidents wants to hide about himself». Each of the defendants must pay Prigozhin RUB 80,000 (the plaintiff demanded to recover RUB 5 million from each). Shevchenko called Prigozhin a criminal in an interview with Dovod, the hyperlink led to the material of Meduza.
