On April 13, 2022, in Kerch, one day after being illegally detained in the Federal Security Service building, online activist Ilya Gantsevsky, who had published several materials against the war in Ukraine, was taken to the Magistrates' Court for a review of the report under Article 6.9 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (consumption of narcotic drugs or psychotropic substances without a prescription). After pressure, Gantsevsky pleaded guilty and did not insist on an expert examination. The court arrested him for 14 days.
