On April 12, 2022, in Kerch, after the search, online activist Ilya Gantsevsky was taken to court for the review of the administrative report under Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintaining international peace and security or the performance by state bodies of the Russian Federation of their powers for these purposes) for several publications in which he condemned the war in Ukraine. However, the hearing was postponed to exercise the right to defense.
