On April 21, 2022, the Kerch City Court considered the administrative offense against online activist Ilya Gantsevsky and found him guilty under Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation) and fined him RUB 30,000. It is worth mentioning that during this period Gantsevsky was serving an administrative sentence for another offense and was not brought to court to defend himself.
