Activist Sergey Vasilyev held an individual picket near the prosecutor's office, while blogger Bolshedvorov filmed it on his phone. Both were detained by police officers and two months later, on March 18, Bolshedvorov was charged with violation of the rules of holding mass events. Judge of the Central District Court Yury Gulevich arrested him for 10 days, having found that by «taking an interview and filming on his phone» Bolshedvorov was holding an unauthorized picket.
