The director of the oil extraction plant, businessman E. Duskuzhanov, stated a pre-trial claim against the author of the film «400 Billion for Semey. Stolen or Lost?» (the film was released on YouTube on April 16, 2022) by journalist Ilya Barokhovsky. Duskuzhanov thinks that Barokhovsky violated his right to his own image by using in the film a fragment of an interview recorded in 2021. The businessman demands that the video footage of him be removed, otherwise he reserves the right to take legal action.
