The Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow fined municipal deputy and journalist Ilya Azar RUB 50,000 under the report for «discrediting» the army (Part 1 of Article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The report was drawn up because of Azar’s post about the April 23 rocket attack on Odesa. In June, Azar had already been fined RUB 60,000 under the article on «discrediting» the army for his post calling for an anti-war rally after the shelling of Kharkiv.
