Journalist Ilya Azar was detained next to the main building of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on Petrovka, 38 (Moscow). He held a single picket in support of Vladimir Vorontsov, founder of the public group "Police Ombudsman" who was arrested earlier. Police drew up a report on the repetitive violation of the rules of holding a protest. Azar also received a fine for violating the self-isolation regime.
