Ihar Kazmerchak, the journalist, human rights activist, and editor of the website orsha.eu from Orsha, found out that on April 1 he was charged with a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 368 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (insulting the President of the Republic of Belarus). The journalist was put on a wanted list, and his photo is on the stands «Wanted by the police» in Orsha. Earlier, Kazmerchak was forced to leave Belarus.
