Shortly before midnight, the cameraman of the TV channel Bryanskaya Guberniya Igor Vinnichuk was fatally shot in the entrance of his own apartment when he was returning from work, after filming a story. The journalist died from serious wound in the intensive care unit of the hospital. According to the Russian Investigative Committee’s department, a 50-year-old resident of the Bezhitsky district of Bryansk was charged with murder; the perpetrator stabbed Igor Vinnichuk in the stomach.
