The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow has given a three-year suspended sentence to Igor Kuznetsov, a 59-year-old journalist from Tomsk, in the Left Resistance case. He was declared guilty of participation in an «extremist community» (Part 2 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). Kuznetsov remains in custody in a Moscow pre-trial detention centre — he is being held in the case of the Telegram channel What to Do.
