Grigory Azarenok, an employee of the state television channel, CTV, showed screenshots of personal correspondence between Ilyash and his wife, imprisoned journalist Katerina Andreeva. Ilyash filed a statement with law enforcement agencies, stating that he did not give Azarenok, or anyone else, access to his Facebook Messenger account.
