Head of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports of the Armavir Regional Administration of the Republic of Armenia Sonya Budagyan filed a lawsuit against the founder of the Hzham.am information website, demanding to refute information discrediting her honour, dignity, and business reputation, and pay compensation for libel. The reason for the lawsuit was the article, according to which Sonya Budagyan received a bribe from a citizen to appoint him as a school director. The claim is under consideration by the court of general jurisdiction.
