On June 22, Sergei Papikyan, Armenian Minister of Territorial Management, and Infrastructure, filed a lawsuit against the news site Hzham.am demanding a public retraction of information considered libelous and payment of restitution. The reason for the lawsuit was the publication on May 15 on the site of an article which state that the governors, headed by the minister, receive apartments in the capital as a gift for services rendered. The lawsuit was accepted and is pending trial.
