"On 12 July, a group of unknown Azerbaijanis beat up an emigrant living in Tbilisi [blogger Huseyn Bakixanov] who has been persecuted by the police in Azerbaijan. Bakikhanov contacted the police and requested a medical examination. However, the internal examination was refused. For a week, there was no news from Bakikhanov," stated Azerbaijani investigative journalist Afgan Mukhtarli.
