The St. Gregory the Illuminator Medical Centre filed a lawsuit with the Yerevan General Jurisdiction Court against Raparak LLC, demanding that they refute allegedly slanderous and defamatory statements made about its business reputation, as well as pay them compensation. The lawsuit followed an article that claimed money was taken from the hospital's cash register, as a result of which the medical staff were not paid. The centre requested that the newspaper’s editors publish a refutation, but this was not done. The court case is still pending.
