Mher Terteryan, the son of the Honorary Consul of Armenia in Kazakhstan, Hayk Terteryan, filed a lawsuit against the founder of the Hraparak daily newspaper with the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction demanding to refute the information considered libel and pay compensation for the damage caused to the business reputation. The reason for the lawsuit was the article stating that criminal proceedings had been instituted against the consul's son for fraud. The lawsuit is being considered.
