On May 4, during the second part of the court session held at the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction in the case of the second President of the Republic of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, against political figure Aram Manukian, at the plaintiff's request, the judge prohibited the cameraman of the 1in.am news website Hrant Baduntz to continue filming and live broadcasting from the courtroom. However, during the first part of the same session, where other media representatives were also present, the filming was allowed. When only 1in.am cameraman remained in the session hall, the plaintiff's representative asked to stop covering the trial, and the court granted the request. The defendant's lawyers considered the court's decision to stop the filming illegal.
