On April 30, Argo Pharm LLC filed a lawsuit with the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against NGO Investigative Journalists (founder of the online media outlet Hetq.am), demanding to refute the information contained in the article «Black Market of Medicines: Why Some Medicines Are Not Registered but Are Being Sold?», published on the mentioned website on April 6. In particular, the plaintiff disputes the idea that a number of medicines, purchased in pharmacy chain 36.6 owned by Argo Pharm LLC, though labelled, were not registered, i.e. the importers did not receive certificates from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia for importing these medicines to Armenia. The lawsuit is in the process of consideration.
