Convicted journalist of Komsomolskaya Pravda in Belarus Henadz Mazheyka was included by the KGB in the «list of organisations and individuals involved in terrorist activities». On March 23, 2023, the Minsk City Court sentenced the journalist to three years in a general regime colony on charges of inciting hatred (Part 3 of Article 130 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus) and insulting a representative of the authorities (Article 369 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus).
