The Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of Almaty fined the Russian blogger Gusein Gasanov under Article 425 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Kazakhstan for violation of the requirements of legislation in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population, as well as hygienic standards. The amount of the fine was KZT 87,510 (more than USD 200). The reason for the administrative case was a fan meeting in Almaty during the quarantine restrictions.
