The blogger invited young people to the technical university building at 6 PM. He promised to take pictures with his fans and give presents. The meeting did not take place, as Gasanov was taken to the Almaty Police Department, where he was explained the essence of the quarantine measures and restrictions introduced in the city, and that mass meetings are inadmissible. «Gasanov agreed that he had committed a violation, and promised not to violate quarantine rules in the future. The blogger promised to meet with his fans from Kazakhstan after the normalization of the epidemiological situation in the country,» — said Rafael Gasanov, deputy chairman of the special monitoring group under the Anti-Corruption Service.
