General Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan issued an international search for a group of political emigrants living abroad who have criticized the authorities. It is stated in a statement from the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office in connection with the completion of the preliminary investigation into the case of the political exile Elvin Isaev. The investigation established that Isaev in early 2018 conspired with Azerbaijani citizens living abroad - Ordukhan Temirhanym, Gurban Mammedov, Orhan Agayev, Rafael Piriyev, Ali Gasanaliyev, Tural Sadygly and Suleimanly. While in Russia, he distributed video messages from his social media accounts calling for the seizure of power, violent constitutional change, disobedience and mass disorder.
