The Khamovnichesky District Court of Moscow has fined the co-founder of OVD-Info Grigory Okhotin RUB 30,000 in an administrative case for violating the law on «foreign agents» (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Okhotin was punished because of the absence of the «foreign agent» labelling in OVD-Info’s posts in Odnoklassniki. The project’s page in Odnoklassniki was blocked at the end of June.
