The company Akvatoria, the founder of the website Gorodskoy, lost a court case against the Department of Internal Policy of the Bryansk Region. At the lawsuit of the regional department of internal policy, the court ordered the website Gorodskoy to refute last year’s article about embezzlement from the budget and to reimburse the plaintiff for court expenses. The court fully satisfied the department’s claims, the defendant was ordered to post a one-month refutation text and pay notary costs of RUB 4,000 and court costs of RUB 16,290 in favour of the department.
