Journalists from the online media outlet Glossa were detained on Wednesday, September 10, in Tiraspol. Employees of the so-called MGB (Ministry of State Security) took the team to the “ministry,” where they were interrogated for two hours and had their equipment confiscated. All footage filmed in Tiraspol was deleted without the journalists’ consent. According to Zona de Securitate, the official reason for the detention was “working without accreditation.” The illegal security forces warned that the journalists risk being “deported” if they return to the left bank of the Dniester.
