The correspondents of Nasha Gazeta Georgy Govorov and Ksenia Rebik arrived at the building of the maslikhat of the Kostanai region to cover the appointment of the new akim. The journalists arrived half an hour before the appointed time, but were not allowed in by the police at the entrance. The journalists were told that the session had already started. Employees of the akimat were unable to explain why the mass media were not informed about the postponement of the session and offered to contact the press service of the regional akim for the commentary. The press secretary told journalists that they had to be accredited in order to cover the session. No one informed the Nasha Gazeta journalists about the accreditation.
