The video blogger was charged with 4 episodes: according to investigators, he extorted money from a doctor, a director of a driving school, a traffic police inspector, and a policeman. Avakyan pleaded not guilty. Before his arrest, he was publishing videos about violations of traffic rules by law enforcement officers.
