In St. Petersburg, Sberbank blocked the accounts of journalist Galina Artemenko, priest Grigory Mikhnov-Vaitenko and other people who collected donations for refugees from Ukraine. The bank employees explained the blocking of Artemenko’s account by the fact that she was «engaged in collections for dubious purposes». The journalist received her pension and salary on the same card.
